My business is already on CaribConnect. How do I claim it?
Open your listing and choose "Claim it for free", or email info@caribconnect.biz. Once your claim is approved you manage the listing from My Business.
What does it cost to list?
Nothing. The Island Starter listing is free. Paid plans are optional.
What do I need to get started?
Your business name, category, location, hours, how customers can reach you, and a few good photos and your logo.
Why does my listing show a symbol and initials instead of my photos?
Listings without their own images show a standard category cover and an initials badge. Add your cover photo and logo and they replace them straight away.
How soon does my listing go live?
Our team reviews every new listing before it appears in the directory and search.
Which places do you cover?
Florida, the Bahamas, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and the Cayman Islands. In Florida we list Caribbean restaurants and events.
Do I need a website?
No. Your CaribConnect page works on its own, with your contact details, WhatsApp, map location and reviews.
